@bellaskitchen25: Crispy Potato Balls Ingredients 4–5 medium potatoes (about 650 g) 4 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt adjust to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp paprika 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley Oil for deep frying Parmesan and parsley Chili Mayonnaise ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise 1-2 tsp hot sauce ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp lemon juice Pinch of black pepper Boil potatoes until very soft. Drain completely and mash until smooth.Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix well.Scoop about 1 tsp of the mixture and roll into balls.Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. Heat oil to 340–355°F (170–180°C).Fry the potato balls for 2 minutes.Remove from the oil and let rest for 1–2 minutes.Increase oil temperature to 355–365°F (180–185°C).
