@coolkitchenbro: Dinners for Real Life — Day 9 🔥 Blackstone Garlic Butter Shrimp & Sausage Skillet This is one of those meals that looks impressive but couldn’t be easier. What you need: • 1 lb peeled & deveined shrimp • Splash of olive oil • Kinder’s Garlic & Herb seasoning • Few dashes smoked paprika • Little Cajun seasoning • Mesquite smoked sausage, sliced • 1 stick butter • 2 tbsp minced garlic • 1/2 tbsp Kinder’s Garlic & Herb seasoning • 1 small onion, sliced • 1 1/2 cups green beans • 2 cups sweet baby peppers, chopped • Fresh lime How to make it: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, Garlic & Herb seasoning, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. On the Blackstone, start cooking the shrimp and sausage. Off to the side, add the butter, minced garlic, and additional Garlic & Herb seasoning. Let it melt together into a garlic butter sauce. Once the shrimp are fully cooked, toss them into the garlic butter. Continue cooking the sausage until it gets a little char on the outside. Add the onion, green beans, and sweet peppers to the griddle and cook until tender. Once the veggies are done, add them to the garlic butter mixture and toss everything together. Finish with a fresh squeeze of lime over the top. Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Perfect Blackstone dinner.
