This is painfully accurate 😭 you're having what feels like a friendly conversation and suddenly everyone is looking at you like you've just delivered a TED Talk on a topic nobody mentioned. I spent years feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and constantly second-guessing myself. Then a friend suggested reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. The changes honestly shocked me... 34 lbs lost, calmer digestion and energy I hadn't felt in years. My favourite one. Crazy how hidden this kind of knowledge is.

Holy shit. This actually explains something I've wondered about for years: my best friend swears up and down that the only fight we've ever had was over Team Edward vs Team Jacob, but I don't remember us ever fighting. I think this might have been what happened: she thought I was genuinely angry, but I was just having a good time being loud and passionate while discussing my favorite media.
