Yeah this would probably be fun for a couple of runs with the squad, but then I think it'd ruin the game for me. Just steam rolling everything with zero challenge gets boring super super fast. It's way more fun knowing it's my actual skill carrying me through the game than just overpowered brainless weapons.

“This makes the game too easy” “the power creep is insane” then don’t use it like that. Simple as that if the quad mini gun is “too broken” for you don’t run it. Use loadouts and guns that will give you a challenge.

This could be balanced if they lowered the health of the mecs or spawned more enemies/long range enemies. You can balance anything in a game. It’s just a matter of how overpowered you want to feel and for how long. Most people think they want this but they really don’t. They would get bored in under an hour. Most games are more about being addicted to a challenge than being fun. You have fun because you are being challenged.

I don't think this would be unbalanced. While it would be useful for a lot of situations, anything with any sort of armor would be a massive problem to deal with. Plus the mechs have such a long reset time.

Would be call if they’re only for a mission where you age. To drop in with the mechs and clear the city. Sort of like an arcade mission.
