I don’t remember hearing Joe Rogan say anything on this… I do remember the presentation those two dudes gave that was very good that explained their theory about this. They said they had some pretty solid evidence.

👏👏👏 Thank you for saying this out loud. I knew it would be bigger headlines if it was real… I’ve been waiting for a creditable source to support it.

Worth pointing out that the Nile river is under 15km from the Pyramids and both are in modern Cairo so food and water were readily available at the building site.

There are things I don't know, but I always just assume there are reasonable explanations for them. And even if scientists haven't discovered the reason for something I assume there is one.

Egyptologists have all my respect. Such a vast, fascinating field! I was just today trying to read about some scientific claims that have been made about King Tut and his family tree, and the amount of information crammed into this short treatis was unreal. I spent so much time looking up words I didn't know! It's like a second language!

the best part is that the SAR data looks nothing like the final images. They developed their own software to interpret the SAR data and that nonsense is what it spit out. 😂

One of my fave podcasts is If Books Could Kill, which serves as a valuable reminder that people will just make their whole argument up out of very nearly nothing, and get a major publishing deal out of it that warps popular discourse for decades, largely without challenge.

The Great Pyramids were built by seasonal workers, not slaves. There are writings that show they had team names, engaged in friendly competition, and went back to farming when the Nile flooded the plains.

do... do they not know there are people that have lived deep in the desert for generations. like people back then lived dozens of miles from water sources. finding food for people stacking rocks a few miles from a massively famous river doesnt sound that impossible to me.
