Ingredients For Chicken Marinade: • 500 g boneless chicken, cut into pieces • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic (minced) • 2 tsp red chili powder • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp garam masala powder For Gravy: • 1 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp oil (for frying) • 1 large onion, chopped • 1 tbsp ginger + 1 tbsp garlic (for gravy) • 2 tbsp cashews • ½ red chili • 2 tomatoes • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp red chili powder • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp cumin powder To Finish: • 1 tbsp butter • ½ cup cream Method 1️⃣ Marinate & Fry Chicken 1. Mix chicken with ginger-garlic, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, and garam masala. 2. Marinate 1–2 hours. 3. Fry until lightly brown and cooked. Set aside. 2️⃣ Prepare Gravy 1. Heat butter + oil in a pan. 2. Add onions → sauté until golden brown. 3. Add ginger + garlic → sauté 1–2 min. 4. Add cashews, red chili, and tomatoes. 5. Add salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin → cook 5 min. 6. Blend the mixture until smooth. 3️⃣ Cook Gravy & Combine 1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. 2. Add 1 tsp red chili powder → sauté 30 sec. 3. Add blended gravy → cook on medium flame 15 min. 4. Add fried chicken → mix well. 5. Finish with 1 tbsp butter + ½ cup cream → stir and simmer 2–3 min.
