Cytisine is the best thing I’ve ever used!!! I was smoking 20 cigs a day and vaping. I changed to a zero nicotine vape. And continued to smoke for a few days on this & it was so strange because didn’t feel the “reward” from the smoking.

The problem is nicotine addiction never leaves you. I’m nicotine free for a year and I still get cravings especially when I see people vaping.

Drink flavoured water the same flavour as your vape it really helped

Vaped for 10 years - I got a necklace with flavoured tips in so it felt like I was still getting that draw (not the hand to mouth) Not vaped since December 31st 💪 you can do it x

How did you get these? I'm a stop smoking NHS practitioner and we aren't allowed to prescribe any medications for vaping as there is no license for it

I stopped smoking easily. Literally stopped one day and not had one since. Started vaping years later. Been four years now. It has such a hold on me. I hate it. Going to check those tablets out now.

I took something similar to this to stop smoking. After 3 days I gagged at the thought of smoking. I had fully quit in 2 weeks! It’s amazing. 10 years in December x

I went on them in January by Jan the 7th never had another ciggy after 60yrs of smoking.By January 20th never needed anymore tablets.& pleased to say I’m still smoke free.Good luck 🥰

Gave up vaping about 7 months ago. its hard but stick with it. You can do it. I did it for 13years to one day waking up with my asthma so bad that I just though enough is enough and I stopped.

It’s like a crack pipe! (Disclaimer I have never tried that lol). It’s soooo hard to quit, more addictive than cigs as we have them in our hands pretty much all day
