Blue dog seems somewhat stressed or anxious but could be a hot day since it's summer, however it also appears friendly and wants to play (big sweeping wags, lowered itself, overall loose body language). Brown and tan dog seems trepidatious and uninterested in interacting, but not necessarily aggressive (tail is down, but too short to tell if it would've been tucked), stiffer body posture and movements while walking away casually, turning its back makes me lean towards thinking it's just not feeling it right now.

No ears back and heavy breathing is a signal. He’s scared. He’s stressed. Not sure if aggression l. How they act in a kennel will be different and home. They need to decompress.
