Wealthy Barber why don’t you fight for fair taxation. Small developer who want to build small rentals you need 5 full time employees or pay high passive tax rate. So in communities all across Canada small companies won’t build a rental. Lots stay empty. Housing crisis but tax structure forces us to not build. So is it good. Just good for the mega corps
