Đối với các ty trả lương cứng cho sale mà thấp thì thôi đừng làm nữa, vì làm sale áp lực rất nhiều phía, lương cứng ko đủ sôngs thì thêm áp lực gia đình. Sale kn zero khởi điểm 8-10tr , sale 2-3 năm 12-14tr sale cứng 18-20tr hoặc hơn thế. Làm được sale p biết bỏ chi phí trc để gặt hái thành quả những tháng ngày sau. Tủn mủn tính từng đồng thì khó chốt lắm

Làm ngành Dược đi rồi hiểu. TDV (sales) họ làm cùng lúc 5-10 công ty, lĩnh hết lương cb xong cũng tầm 50-80tr. Thế nên các cty Dược làm lương cực khó. Sales trở thành khách hàng và rất khó trung thành.

các anh nói rất hay nhưng bản chất vẫn ko xử lý . chủ thì luôn nâng KPI liên tục và giảm % để ép đội sales làm nhiều hơn mà lương tối thiểu. nó dẫn đến việc sales ko muốn chạy sống chết để nâng doanh số doanh nghiệp thì chơi trò lấy mỡ nó rán nó nên họ ko quan tâm, cho dù doanh nghiệp cần 50 sales nhưng tuyển 100-200 sales vô vẫn ko thành vấn đề
