Greek Inspired Chicken Crispy Tacos 🌮 You guys loved my burger version so here’s a BANGIN smashed taco version leaning into those gorgeous fresh lemon and oregano flavours 🤌🏻 less than 500 cals per portion, super quick to make and high protein too 🫶🏼  Want more recipes like this? 300g chicken mince 1 tsp dried oregano  1 tsp smoked paprika 
½ tsp ground cumin Pinch of salt  Pinch of pepper  1 tsp chopped garlic  1 tbsp lemon juice  4 mini tortilla wraps  60g shredded lettuce 60g cherry tomatoes quartered  ¼ small red onion diced  70g cucumber diced  For the fries:  80g frozen fries  1 tsp dried oregano  1 tsp paprika  Garlic yoghurt sauce: 60g thick greek yoghurt 
25g lighter mayo  1 tsp chopped garlic 
A couple sprigs of fresh coriander chopped  1 tbsp lemon juice  Pinch of salt 💕Toss the fries with the oregano and paprika. Cook according to packet instructions. 💕Add the chicken mince to a bowl. Season with the oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.  💕Add in the chopped garlic along with the lemon juice before giving it a good mix.  💕Use damp hands to press the chicken mince onto the mini wraps.  💕Place the wraps meat side down into hot pans. You may need to do these in two batches or use two pans.  💕Fry for 5-6 minutes over medium heat until the chicken mince is golden.  💕Flip and cook for a further 2 minutes until the underneath is toasted and crispy.  💕Whilst the wraps cook, mix up the garlic yoghurt sauce.  💕Assemble by spreading the yoghurt sauce over the base, before topping with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber.  💕Add on the fries and serve.
