I have never been physically healthier as I’ve been after eating “intuitively”. I eat when I’m hungry but I don’t deprive myself of the things I WANT, and I ended up being basically properly fueled and ABLE to have to those treats I want without feeling bad 🤷🏻♀️🫵🏻 I’ve made a few changes to my overall diet to achieve this but it’s never about weight loss, just finding a comfortable medium that I can actually KEEP UP!
