You’ll just gain fat back if you’ve not built structure in routine, food, training. This is a non negotiable. 2. Find your maintenance calories (my calculator does this for you) 3.Get there in 2 jumps: → Phase 1 = current calories + half the gap to maintenance (stay here for 3-4 weeks to get evidence to see your body weight maintain) → Phase 2 = full maintenance 4.
