From what I hear online, acupuncture works incredibly well. But having to get a $1k + treatment from a bug bite is still plenty reason to fear them

I have it, no beef, pork, dairy or anything that has any of that in it. You will be surprised what has dairy and beef. I still itch every day and night and it’s been a 4 months since diagnosed. I’m assuming I have MCAS as well. Doing acupuncture but it hasn’t helped yet.

I have it. It’s not awful. Poultry and fish are cheaper and Healthier. The real issue other than dairy is all the things you don’t know u can’t have. Medications. Certain waters. Gummies etc

Can get it from deer ticks and chiggers also. Have had it twice and did get over it. First time took almost a year second was about 3 months. Not saying everyone will but there’s a chance it’s not permanent.

I just want to eat bacon again😭😭 I’ve found really good/perfect replacements for other stuff and turkey bacon is good it’s just nothing like regular bacon😭 but for everything else you get used to it really but it still really sucks

Yall saying acupuncture can cure it.. That doesn’t work for everyone. I’ve had this allergy since 2019. Luckily I think mine is going away, but treatment and severity and if you can recover really just depends person to person.

Yes my mom has had it for 5 years it’s called Alpha Gal and depending on how serious it is for you you can’t have anything from a mammal. My mom is just now introducing cheese again
