1. Contractor should have used a lazer level to set slope in the grade for drainage 2. Homeowner needs to understand that it's asphalt not concrete, the edges and finish work is not comparable to a concrete driveway

This comment section is trippin. The company offered to come out and fix it, he pointed out areas of concern during the projected (while it may be annoying, he has full right to do it) and the foreman blew him off, then those same areas did exactly what he was worried about. If I were paying that much money, I’d want a level driveway too.
