@itsjustmemaggie1205: So let's talk about these @Mellow Sleep cooling pillows! If you are a hot sleeper like me or having hot flashes like me please do yourself a favor and buy these pillows! I literally sleep with one under my head and holding one to cool my body and head down every night! They are cooling but also have a firm comfort. My fur baby loves them too. She lays that belly on them and snoozes. The hubby says sleeping with one by his back cools his whole body.
