I have a question.. inconscious creation, especially in SP and third-party situations, I’ve noticed that many of my anxious thoughts (like performance anxiety, not being enough, or being replaced) come from past insecurities and experiences rather than my current chosen state.
I understand that these are neutral in terms of manifestation, but they seem to be stored in my body as nervous system responses. So my question is: what role do practices like meditation, yoga, fascia release and nervous system regulation techniques play in releasing these embodied anxieties?
or what can I do for blockages I write?
