@ryan_patrick0615: Good afternoon!! Well everyone, we did it. We made it all the way to Day 365. I had so much planned for today. I’ve built this day up so much in my head, all year, but the reality of Day 365 is much different than the anticipation. In my head I had this whole long post planned out, a video of all the highlights throughout the year, but honestly today, the only thing I want to do is live in the moment of what life is and feel proud. 365 days ago I never would have imagined where my reality is today. I set out on this journey, to try to show you can change your life in 1 year. I wanted to film it, document it all, throw it online, but that was to force myself to actually do it. I have this problem where I know what I want to do, but I will sit forever and do nothing, so eventually I have to force myself, and filming was my way to force myself to start. I had a goal in mind and I accomplished it. You CAN in fact change your entire life in 365 days, because I just did it. We are way behind on YouTube, that’s ok we’ll get caught up, but I am so excited and ready for Year 2. I will no longer be counting the days here, that will happen on YouTube, but I am so excited to make content every day and experiment with new types of content. Year 2 will be about getting in shape physically, and I am so ready for that. THANK YOU for being on this journey with me!! You all make my life significantly better. THANK YOU to everyone who has been here since Day 1 and before, and THANK YOU to everyone who has joined along the way. You are all amazing human beings, and I am so proud to have you here. Looking back, Year 1 was a lot of fun. Came with a lot of hurdles, the toughest mental battle of my life, but I’d do it all again 1000 times if it got me to where I am today. Ryan, today you simply stopped for a moment and allowed yourself to feel proud. And I think that's the most important part of this entire post. Sometimes we're so focused on the next goal, the next challenge, the next thing we want to achieve, that we forget to look at how far we've already come. And today feels like one of those moments that deserves exactly that. I've been following your journey for a long time now, and the difference between the person I met back then and the person writing this post today is impossible to ignore. Not because everything suddenly became easy, but because you kept showing up, even on the days when it would have been easier not to. You set out to prove that a life can change in 365 days.
