To everyone saying they don’t work…If you on a workout journey, eating right these do assist with the process… just like Creatinine and Protein and other supplements to assist… waist training does work if done correctly

Me working in the UPS💰💰 warehouse we work 6 1/2 hour shifts I wear mine a full shift throwing boxes, but I also use mine as a back brace so trust me when I first started. I was in a large now. I’m in a medium, but I’m still on the first loop. I have yet to get to the second set of loops.
