wait 3 months! your body needs to heal. you can still try but typically after a MC, your body will get back to normal and know how to stay pregnant after 3 months. praying for you!

my two chemicals i bleed my normal period days. the month after my second mc (which was my honeymoon baby) i just did inito my entire cycle, didn’t early test like previously and that was the cycle i conceived my daughter. wishing you the same after this heartbreak 🤍

Keep tracking your progesterone love I just scrolled your whole account since 9 dpo… I do want to encourage you to give it your best shot this cycle as it’s very easy to get pregnant after birth or loss… and you may want to ask your doctor ab progesterone if you progesterone appears low! I know you said around 11 dpo that your progesterone was 4 and that is low.. which could have had something to do with the miscarriage
