@itsmollystone: I was so shy when I was growing up. It took years for me to even admit I liked singing let alone to sing in front of people and this gig was to a full room of people, half of which were strangers and the other half were friends and family. I've been gradually pushing myself to get to this stage and I still have such a long way to go for what my goals are but I'm proud of what I've achieved so far and I'm grateful to have such lovely people in my life that support me soo hard!
