OMG!!!!! This is my pet peeve! Not receiving a thank you note after you give a gift . I send thank you notes to everyone including my students. I carefully select the cards and use my best calligraphy pen to write my message. Students and adults always comment to me "I received your card!" They seem so excited by that small task. I have even received a thank you for my thank you note! LOL

Thank you notes are a lost art. I have a list of things I’m grateful for and I send thank you’s out monthly to those people!
