So I checked out Hunter Gather in Whistler Village. This eatery is awesome! From the guys at the front, to the service, to the food. From start to finish, I had a great experience. Hunter Gather prides themselves on fresh made food using locally sourced product. Supporting businesses like these are important because it’s great for the entire community and the care for everything they produce shows in what they serve. I got the smoked beef brisket sandwich which was incredible. Meaty, juicy, full of flavor. The potatoes that came as a side were delicious as well! I also got to try their fish and chips which I enjoyed too. Overall, I would be happy to come back and try more things here as it really was amazing. Definitely visit them if you’re in the village! ‏Potato Boats قوارب البطاطس لوصفات أكثر ضيفوني 👇🏼 @hend.hd ١- قشري البطاطس، اغسليها وقطعيها أنصاف، ثم احفريها من النص (تجويفها). ٢- اقليها في زيت ساخن ثم رصيها في صينية. ٣- اطبخي لحمًا مفرومًا مع بصل، وصلصة طماطم، والتوابل التي تفضلينها، وبقدونس. ٤- وزعي اللحم داخل البطاطس. ٥- غطيها بطبقة من البشاميل (استخدمت بشاميل جاهز). ٦- وزعي جبن موزاريلا ثم حمريها في الفرن من الأعلى. ⸻ Potato Boats For more recipes, follow👇🏼 @hend.hd 1- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half, then scoop out the center. 2- Deep-fry them in hot oil, then arrange them in a baking tray. 3- Cook ground beef with onion, tomato sauce, your favorite spices, and parsley. 4- Fill the potato boats with the beef mixture. 5- Cover with a layer of béchamel sauce (I used ready-made béchamel). 6- Top with mozzarella cheese, then broil until golden on top
