My weight loss journey took me a year and a half, and I stopped losing weight for like 4 to 6 months, it was so hard to keep the effort up 😭. Nothing would move, like, at all. Eventually, it started to unblock and I added a bit more physical activity and it helped. Now I'm stabilizing, after a loss of 40 kg (from 122,7 kg to 82-83 kg).
