@smsrescue: We have overcome so much and every time we thought we are going to fail , a miracle happened and we stayed on track. We worked 4 years to get the funds for the projects and the paperwork to get a building permit! No we have it ! And we also have 1 year and 9 months to start building a new shelter , but before starting the shelter we need to build a retaining wall or otherwise we are not allowed to start 😓😓😓 It’s a huge ask but we know that with your help we can do this!
