The problem that I can see with the baseboard is that if they ever wanna change the baseboards, they’re gonna have a heck of a time taking them off.

I was just about to use self leveling concrete for the first time on my kids house. I will use your gadget for sure. what should I use for borders to keep it from going under the walls? what do you use to clean the concrete before primer?

i did self leveling, and epoxy resin on top…but no primer tho…is that why it’s cracking and coming up???

why can't you just dump the whole thing if its a runny liquid? I'd understand thick sludgey cement but that looked thinner than syrup

Honestly I’d trust someone who does it for their own properties before I trust the guys who charge a crapload of money who have been doing it “so long” because usually they half way do it 🙄. NOT ALL so don’t come for me
