something that this videos miss that is so important to mention, is that devilman og manga realesed in THE 60'S. IT'S ONE OF THE FIRSTS JAPANESE HISTORIES THAT USED THE TROPE OF DEVILS POWERS, LIT SALAMENCE WAS INSPIRED BY THE TOEI ADAPTION.

I do also think its important to mention in discussions of Revelation and other biblical prophecies is that a lot of them are "ex-eventu" meaning theyre metaphor or allegory for current struggles

Devilman Crybaby is one of the best shows I never want to watch or discuss again. It's in my personal top 3 anime of all time but by God it fills me with so many of the worst emotions and then regret when rewatching it
