An assumption carried over from childhood that is not real it’s a concept a theory created by the mind. I’m unlovable is an unwanted belief that people create ideals to compensate for what they believe to avoid having to feel the feeling behind I’m unlovable which is depression/grief. In objective reality what does a lovable person look like ? What does an unlovable person look like ? How do you measure going from lovable to unlovable and vice versa ? The belief is a concept that is not real that is distorting observation of current reality. I hold this belief but in reality why does it matter if I’m lovable or unlovable ? it doesn’t stop me from having a loving relationship. Observe current reality without allowing the mind to impose on reality what it believes based on what the mind knows from the past.
