Everyone i talk to is saying “it’s too good to be true”…and “it’s gonna crash”…which makes me think we still have some room to run bc everyone is hesitant. I think we’ll see a minor crash this year but then a huge one closer to 2028 elections or after

Do you think the US dollar will recover? Do you think that someone who is 55 and 57 should still be investing aggressively? We have done and we do intend to work until we’re 65 or 67 and I have a kind of job where I can be working well into my 70s at least part-time. We have struggled with allocation I think because we do expect a crash to come and I think in this case because we’ve never been in a country that feels so volatile on many levers, it makes us a little more confused than we normally would be. Like if we had a kind of normal president, we would expect a crash and then a recovery within 5 to 7 years of the outset. I just don’t know if we can plan for that this time.
