Because he used example like when a land is fertile n a bird drops pepper seed on it it will germinate so how do the womb germinate fibroid itself… does it automatically grow fibroid just because we are menstruating n not giving birth or ready to give birth ? That’s that mean if we didn’t give birth while still seeing our menses as a young lady there is risk of getting fibroid ??? I’m confused
