1. If Farouk (Samordua) was already Chief, why was he not presented as such at Manhyia? 2. At Manhyia, Adama Watara said "me wofaase wei na y3 p3 s3 y3de no di akonwa no" to wit, it is this nephew of mine that we want to enstool as chief. So, if he was already chief, why this statement? 3. Concerning custody of black stool, let it be noted that having custody of Black stool does not mean one is a royal or is a Chief. There are so many ways a person may have custody of a family's Black stool and UNLAWFUL APPROPRIATION could be one of them. The Chieftaincy Act rightly acknowledges that thereby making room for how a Black stool could be lawfully recovered if it is appropriated by a wrong person. 4. Let me repeat my question: If Samordua was indeed chief of Sampa and had been enstooled for 15 years, why was he not introduced as such at Manhyia?
