Polymorphic light eruption (PMLE) aka sun allergy. I get bumps all over my hands and arms that are really itchy when I am out in sun for a long time without sunscreen. It only happens when I am suppose to the sun during spring through summer

Idk I get that on my hands when I get an eczema flare up from certain soaps or laundry detergents.

I’m allergic to the sun and I get a rash very similar but more red and it also comes with big hives. Have you been out in the sun? It itches like crazy!

There is absolutely NO ONE who could diagnose an autoimmune disease with a 5 second toktik. That rash looks like a sign/symptom of over a thousand possibilities. Everyone giving a Dx comment is basing it off of speculation or personal experience. Please see a Provider and get properly assessed.

I get it when I'm in the sun too long. my medicine makes me sensitive to sunlight and heat. I take allergy medicine before I go outside to combat it.

Urticaria can be triggered by many other things like stress, sweating, heat, drugs, diet etc they’re chronic condition that can go away or can linger depending if you find your trigger but I say go to a dermatologist they’ll tell you to take antihistamine or there is injections to help with it if it’s severe for you
