FYI heavy crust in a cheesecake makes the cost less. Very expensive ones often have no crust. I have a client who manufactures cheesecake and he alerted me to that.

Unfortunately Martha’s is not so good. Generally when you see that quantity and variety all at the same time that means they’re mass producing and the quality just won’t be there. It’s a 24-hour bakery meant to prey on visitors like you (and me in the past) 🥴
