@hungonshclinga: One thing about posting on social media and specifically posting ur physique when u look ur best is it’s hard to commit time off from looking your best. Just understand if you do start posting, self awareness of your physique will probably go through the roof; not that that’s necessarily bad, but it def can be. I can guarantee so many other ppl who post can resonate with the fact that you perform better the leaner and crazier you look typically so when you have to take time off consistently cutting to get bigger, it’s a little bit of mental challenge at first fs. I’m glad to have spent the last month out of that mindset of always wanting to look as crazy as possible; right now committing to maintenance/a slight surplus (since I’m also eating what my mom makes for dinner and I don’t track it) has made lifting hella fun. Was 190 today (not fasted) which is pretty fucking wild cuz ion look too fat but time to get pretty big guys and then we can run the true shredding cut when I get back to Miami.
