Genuinely believe this why people don't bother apologizing. Yeah, you're allowed to be upset and you don't have to forgive. However, I feel that going "if they meant the second apology they should have said that the first time!" Human beings typically don't think with logic until AFTER the fact. This is why Social Media just sucks. You can't do ANYTHING. It's always a damned if you, damned if you don't because someone is always going to be mad or upset. Yes, there's nothing you can do about it but it's a shitty feeling.

i hate when people say "they didnt apologize until they got hate" for ANYONE because the point of hating is to show people they did something wrong. if you do something you dont realize is bad, and no one hates or tries to tell you, how will you ever realize its bad. its so annoying and takes 2 seconds of critical thinking to realize that people apologizing "only because they got hate" is the whole point
