Have you heard of the tool the "collapser"? used for these type of windows

It will leak, I fix a ton of these, need a nail fin to seal to sheathing, the industry has gone down hill , replacement windows are for replacing sashes not whole opening. This method is not approved by the NFRC for window replacement
