I called and pretended I died by saying “Hi, I’m the sister of this card owner and she passed away last weekend. We’re here to cancel her membership” and the girl straight up said “ohh….but..” and the guy cuts her off by saying “well why don’t you use it?” 😭😭😭😭

When I lived on campus I was gonna get a golds gym membership and I asked if I could renew month to month cuz after April I would be graduated and moved back home by then and when I told them I lived an hour away they said I JUST met the amount of km needed to cancel and I was like tf do you mean I need to move a certain amount of km away in order to cancel why can’t I just cancel when I want😭
