I called and pretended I died by saying “Hi, I’m the sister of this card owner and she passed away last weekend. We’re here to cancel her membership” and the girl straight up said “ohh….but..” and the guy cuts her off by saying “well why don’t you use it?” 😭😭😭😭

Ok. I've had a planet fitness membership since 2017 that I haven't used 1 single time. I DESPISE that you can't cancel online or over the phone. My social anxiety is so bad, I've just kept paying it.

I cancelled mine bc I was pregnant and moving a couple hours away. The guy asked why, but I had to lie bc my mom worked there too and I hadn’t told her yet. It felt like a 3rd degree interrogation given the circumstances 😭🤣
