I took your advice but in a different way (because I’m happily married) - I sucked it up and went to an entrepreneurial event full of business leaders. I dressed to the nines for the event. I left with a clutch full of important business contacts and a fantastic business deal. I cannot believe I was going to cancel on the event. THANK YOU.

This is exactly my problem. I work from home and once I’m off work, I’m showering, eating dinner and to bed I go. My mom even asked me, how you’re going to meet someone when all you do is stay in the house🤷🏽♀️

I work from home, I try to get out of the house 2-3times a day (gym early in the morning, lunchtime short dillydally, after work happy hours)the only time this doesn’t happen is if I’m sick, extremely busy with work or I’m out of town. Since my job tends to calm down during the summertime, I can get out more often. It also helps with my mental health, not gonna lie.
