Culver’s owner here- 2.6M is about half of what it takes to build. Some are $7-8M nowadays.

We never speak ill of subway in this house,(my unis college gives me 12 combos a week besides my cafeteria acess) I’m paying for a whole other tuition for my friend in the other side of the counter
