I don’t know the first part but I believe it’s saying 12 knot wind at 110 degrees (close to west) with 10 statute miles of visibility and few clouds at 2500 feet. Not sure the next part but the altimeter is 2992!

its different in eu I guess because qnh is usually Q then the numbers and I have never seen a SM
