loved this so much tony. I immediately knew the story you were talking about long before you said the name! I feel like most never knew the back story. my mom bought this book for my aunt, her sister after her first son was stillborn.🖤 she bought it knowing she'd have her rainbow baby one day and she did a few years later ! absolutely great post and so very true.

Tony, thank you so much for this amazing post. Your message is important because it reminds us that so many things we love have stories beneath them. This book became something beautiful for millions of people, yet it was born from a place of profound loss. I’m in tears typing this!!! I've had the quote, "I'll love you forever, Ill like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be," on my wall for years. I read that book to my children countless times, and every time felt special. Now I understand why it always touched me so deeply. I could feel the emotions in those words, even though I never knew the story behind them until now. My son is expecting his first child soon, and I bought him a copy of this book. Ironically, he received several copies as gifts at the baby shower, but I wanted this one to be from me. Inside, I wrote him a special note about why I always read it to him and why I still remind him, even as an adult, that he'll always be my baby. Thank you for sharing the story behind this book. It gave something I already cherished even more meaning♥️♥️♥️♥️I just love this post soooo much! Also, just ordered Giraffes can’t Dance! lol

This was one of the best posts I’ve seen in a very long time. It’s helped me reflect on how guarded I am with my life as I have always been a very private person, but I feel I have so much. I can offer others if I could just learn to open up. And the same way that I’m there for my friends because I’m the one they come to when they need advice or comfort. So I’m still working on that I feel like I have a long way to go and I’m not sure why I can’t break my shell to open up. Therefore, this will be a post. I watched over and over thanks so much, Tony.

That's why I created my tiktok, I might not have the same illnesses as some or all my followers but I understand the struggle and were fighting the same systems that hold us back. That's something I will never outgrow. Hopefully, with my story I can make a difference, because not everyone in my situation comes as far as I did. 💗
