Im a leasing officer... many times i take potential guests/customers around the building for a tour and i have to explain the rates and what we're selling. sometimes i get intimidated with how they speak and i feel like i dont speqk well or answer questions well. please help

Habits are built and they can unearned and relearned. Being a great listener is KEY to being a great speaker. when we listen (even to ourselves) we learn and are able to correct.
