Also, as a sombra main myself, I would say to ideally teleport to a point where there’s open spaces and not in interiors because they can easily detect and kill you. Another tactic that has worked to increase the chances of surviving is to throw your translocator upwards instead of teleporting behind your enemy. This of course depends where you are in the map.
