over naman. got an ultrasound a while back due to other reasons and they said that i dont have endo or PCOS and I have nipple hair!! let’s stop planting insecurities and worry just to advertise a product ☺️

Not necessarily true. Nipple hair alone isn’t enough to diagnose PCOS. I had both an ultrasound and hormone tests done, and they didn’t show PCOS. A few hairs around the nipples can be completely normal and may be due to genetics or normal hormone sensitivity.

Goodness gracious, nipple hairs are NORMAL. Just be cautious for coarser, darker, more dense, and tends to show up or increase of hair alongside other androgen-related symptoms. Otherwise scattered fine hair on the nipples is genuinely normal. Let's not make everyone panic.
