I’ve had 3 kids and what I’ve learned is that postpartum is unpredictable. My first pp I had HORRIBLE anxiety, my 2nd was amazing with no issues, my 3rd has been some moderate depression and anxiety. I’m sorry you got ppd but just know that isn’t always the case

This triggers me for you! The “just waits” were my biggest frustration pregnant and postpartum. I wish people would turn “just waits” into only positive! Praying for your PPD! I know how hard it is

My baby just turned 5 months and I just reached out for help and they put me on lexapro , I just started it so I’m hoping it helps. It’s been so bad for me 😭 I hope you feel better too
