@lalarosenyc: This dinner was truly an incredible experience! I tried things I never imagined I’d try—like broth made with pink microalgae! The Mahi Mahi ceviche with coconut milk was hands down my favorite dish, and friends, I don’t even like seafood! I’ll be thinking about that dish forever. And that tiramisu!! Made with Puerto Rican coffee and topped with sponge cakes made from yuca leaf powder. Incredible 🔥 Chef Josiah Hernandez of Chef’s Garden in Puerto Rico brought the island to every single dish in such a beautiful and innovative way! This experience genuinely changed the way I think about food and trying new things.
