That’s what I am realizing now too. The continuous cycle of love bomb and discard. It’s like every two weeks at this point. Then the withdrawals get so bad that I give in. I have to get out of this cycle 😩

I learned something important watching this video. love bomb. maybe a way to compete with this, is by "love bombing" my partner. key= at any ol time. we're working towards something better together and it's not easy. maybe random love bombs will help. and yes, I love her every day. i cook, I clean, I do board games,,I change diapers, I sit down to talk, I compliment every day, I rub shoulders and feet and I 100% serve her when we make love. period. and even then. so do not come for me or you will find a faultless man. I am 59, she is 33. it has been hell but we have a4 year old son. I'm a Gen x. when Graysen was born it was over. I'll never leave. Gen x NEVER LEAVES. ❤️.
