@jeremystoomuch: 👀 The real reason your straightener curls never come out right is because the hair isn’t even getting hot enough to curl and it’s usually because you’re wrapping it like a rope instead of keeping it flat like a ribbon, so half your hair isn’t even touching the plates and it ends up looking bent, frizzy, or getting stuck. What I always do is run a fine tooth comb through the section first so I know it’s completely smooth because even the tiniest tangle will make the straightener snag, then I keep the section flat and slow down a little so every strand actually gets heat. You have to remember you’re not just curling your hair, you’re straightening and polishing it at the same time and that’s what gives you those really smooth, glossy curls diva!!!
