I never got brain zaps but I did lose chunks of time during the day. It felt like I gained consciousness and complete awareness of my surroundings suddenly and I realized I had forgotten my meds.

lol. only someone who has been on certain antidepressants knows what the heck you are talking about! I quit Effexor cold turkey a few years ago and had this exact thing happen to me!

I hated that when I quit taking Prozac! Any small movement of my eyes or head caused it and it sucked!

I've never had brain zaps from missing a dose. The only time I experienced them is when I was weaning off Effexor.

Mine would trigger coming off of Lexapro and whenever I had really bad panic attacks it would make the thoughts extremely frightening and make itself worse.

when I was on paxil, I could miss 2-3 days of meds before they would start. now that im on lexapro, I get them if I miss 1 day. so I make sure I dont forget lol
