You want someone whose going to bend to your will, and not someone whose going to challenge you. If this is your first startup then you have NO IDEA how hard it is. It’s WAY HARDER than you think.

How are you thinking about ownership and vesting? The incentive and % stake make a huge difference.

I brought on two guys that thought they were the smartest men in the room and we’re signing contracts to run Software in Mexico. When I caught wind, they shut me out of the company. I took him to federal court pro se and got a settlement. They don’t know how the Software operates, they can’t sell it, and from what I’ve heard they’re putting their own money into the company just to keep it afloat. All the Wile I’m testing my AGI right now. So who’s the winner?

Can I ask what's stopping you from building it with Claude yourself? These days there's basically nothing it can't build when you have the tenacity that you clearly have.

I’m a solo founder. I went to private equity route for a while- that was a disaster. But I did find the right cofounders to work with me. The KING ingredient I found is identified people that had the same true values personally as I did. They care more about making sure everybody in the value chain succeeded together than themselves. And for me that is the absolute right mentality.

I’m curious about your thought process around finding the right person? What stage is your company? Pre-product? Pre-revenue? Funded? What about your compensation expectations? Salary? Equity?

No importa quién gobierne. #GeorgeOrwell #1984 #RebelionEnLaGranja #Historia
